CHILLI DAHI TADKA WITH SPINACH RICE

Ingredients

Sizzling Chilli Dahi Tadka:

1 TSP Green Chillies

⁠1 TBSP Red Chilli Powder

1 TSP Garam Masala

⁠1 TBSP Red Chillies

⁠5-6 Curry Leaves

⁠1 TSP Coriander Powder

⁠1 TBSP Fresh Coriander

⁠Salt to taste

⁠1/4 Cup Hot Oil

⁠1 Cup Dahi

Spinach Rice:

1 Cup Blanched Spinach Purée

1 Cup Rice

Salt & Pepper to taste

METHOD TO PREPARE

- Bring together all the ingredients, pour some hot oil, add dahi and mix it well together

- For the spinach rice, blanch some spinach, blend it to form a purée

- In a pan, cook the Puree well with salt & pepper, combine with cooked rice

- Serve warm and enjoy!
