1 ¼ cup (350g) Nanak Dahi
3 dates (add more if you prefer it sweeter)
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
¼ cup rolled oats
2 tablespoons almond or peanut butter
2 tablespoons chia seeds soaked in ¼ cup water (overnight or for 15 minutes)
1 ripe banana
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup ice
METHOD TO PREPARE
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Serve cold.
Note: This smoothie will thicken if stored, due to the chia seeds.
