DAHI POHA

Ingredients

Poha 1 cup

Nanak Dahi 1/2 cup

⁠Grated cucumber 1/4 cup

⁠Grated coconut 1/4 cup

Salt to taste

Nanak Ghee 1 tbsp

⁠Mustard seeds 1 tsp

⁠Slit green chillies 2

⁠Grated ginger 1 tbsp

Coriander chopped 1/4 cup

Water to soak poha

METHOD TO PREPARE

Soak the poha for 2-3 minutes and drain out the excess water. Keep the soaked poha aside. It will fluff up in some time.

In another bowl, mix the curd, cucumber, and salt to taste.

Now add poha, grated ginger, and coconut.

Prepare the tempering by heating ghee in a tadka pan. Add heeng (optional), mustard seeds, and chili, and let it temper for a minute.

Add this tempering over the poha mix with some chopped coriander.

Mix well and serve.
