DAHI TEA SANDWICH

Ingredients

To make Hung Curd - take a kitchen towel, put it on top of strainer. Add 2 cups Nanak Dahi, Roll up the cloth as shown. Refrigerate for 2 hours 

Hung Curd - 1 cup 

Add Mayonaise 1/2 cup 

Finely Chopped Bell Pepper 1/2 cup 

Finely Chopped Tomato 1/2 cup  

Italian Seasoning - 1 tsp 

Crushed Black pepper 1/4 tsp 

Salt To Taste 

Mix Well 

keep aside

METHOD TO PREPARE

Take any Bread Slice Of Choice 
Spread the Dahi mixture generously on the bread slice 
Top it up with another slice 
Cut Into Desired Shape and Size 
 
Serve with tea!
