HARIYALI PANEER TIKKA

Ingredients
1 pack Nanak Paneer
1 cup colored bell peppers
1/2 cup dices red onion
1/2 cup Nanak Dahi
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp Kasuri methi
1 tsp carrom seeds
2 tbsp gram flour
1/2 tbsp giner garlic paste
2 tbsp coriander and mint chutney
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp red chilli powder
METHOD TO PREPARE
1 pack Nanak Paneer - cut into big pieces
1 cup colored bell peppers
1/2 cup dices red onion
1/2 cup Nanak Dahi
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp Kasuri methi
1 tsp carrom seeds
2 tbsp gram flour
1/2 tbsp giner garlic paste
2 tbsp coriander and mint chutney
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp red chilli powder
Mix everything well
Add the paneer and veggies to skewer as shown
Grill until cooked, Serve hot with choice of chutney
