INSTANT DAHI BHALLA

Ingredients
2 cups Dahi
Salt to taste
Sugar 1 tbsp
Water
1 cup Semolina
1/2 cup bread crumps
A Pinch Asafoetida
1 tsp Chaat Masala
1 cup Dahi
Green Chutney
Tamarind Chutney
Chaat Masala
Sev
Grated Beet root
METHOD TO PREPARE
2 cups Dahi
Salt to taste
Sugar 1 tbsp
Add some Water and whisk until smooth - Keep Aside
1 cup Semolina
1/2 cup bread crumps
A Pinch Asafoetida
Salt to taste
1 tsp Chaat Masala
1 cup Dahi
Add water and mix until smooth paste
Fry On medium heat until golden
Dip in Warm water for 10 minutes
Squeeze excess water and keep the bhallas in a plate
Top with Prepared Dahi
Green Chutney
Tamarind Chutney
Chaat Masala
Sev
Grated Beet root
