INSTANT DHOKLA

Ingredients

2 cup Gram flour  

⅓ cup Dahi  

Salt to taste +1 tsp Sugar + ¼ tsp Turmeric powder 

1 tsp Lemon juice  

2 tsp Ginger paste , 

1 tbsp Oil 

Mix Well 

1 tbsp Fruit Salt 

For tempering 

2 tbsp Oil  

1 tsp Mustard seeds  

1 sprig Curry leaves  

1 tsp Asafetida 

2-3 Green chilies 

½ cup water 

Salt to taste + 1 tsp Sugar 

garnish with Coriander leaves 

METHOD TO PREPARE

2 cups Gram flour  

⅓ cup Dahi  

Salt to taste +1 tsp Sugar + ¼ tsp Turmeric powder 

1 tsp Lemon juice  

2 tsp Ginger paste , 

1 tbsp Oil 

Mix Well 

1 tbsp Fruit Salt 

mix again and put in container lined with oil 

steam until cooked 

For tempering 

2 tbsp Oil  

1 tsp Mustard seeds  

1 sprig Curry leaves  

1 tsp Asafetida 

2-3 Green chillies 

½ cup water 

Salt to taste + 1 tsp Sugar 

Garnish with Coriander leaves
