INSTANT PANEER RABDI

Ingredients

2 cups Milk

1 cup Nanak paneer, grated

1/4 cup condensed milk

1/4 cup milk powder

1/2 tsp Cardamom powder

Few Strands Saffron

METHOD TO PREPARE

In a pan, add milk and boil it.

Once boiled, add grated paneer and condensed milk. Stir continuously to combine.

Cook this mix on a low heat until the paneer slightly dissolves and the milk mixture thickens.

At this stage, add cardamom powder and saffron strands.

Cook it until the desired thickness is reached.

Turn off the flame and let the mixture cool down to room temperature.

Garnish with chopped pistachios and rose petals.

Serve chilled!!
