KASHMIRI DUM ALOO

Ingredients

500 gms baby potato 

1 cup Dahi 

1 tsp dried ginger powder  

1 tbsp fennel powder  

1 tbsp Mustard Oli 

2 black cardamoms, 2 to 3 cloves 

1 tsp shahi jeera 

water

1 tbsp kashmiri chilli powder 

1 tsp hing 

METHOD TO PREPARE

For Potato 500 gms baby potato 

poke them with fork as shown 

Add some oil - mix well 

air fry the potatoes until golden brown 

For Dum Aloo Gravy 

1 cup Dahi 

1 tsp dried ginger powder  

1 tbsp fennel powder  

Mix well 

In a pan over medium heat 

add 1 tbsp Mustard Oli 

2 black cardamoms, 2 to 3 cloves 

1 tsp shahi jeera 

ass some water to 1 tbsp kashmiri chilli powder as show and add to pan 

cook for few seconds 

add 1 tsp hing 

Add the dahi mixture 

keep stirring on medium flame until dahi leaves oil 

Add fried potatoes at this stage 

cover and cook for few minutes 

Serve hot with choice of bread/rice
