MAL PUA

Ingredients
150 gms Whole Wheat Flour
1 tbsp fennel seed powder
500 gms sweet yoghurt or dahi
6-7 Tbsp sugar
1 cup sugar
3 cup water
saffron
ghee
Dry fruits and dried rose petals
METHOD TO PREPARE
150 gms Whole Wheat Flour
1 tbsp fennel seed powder
500 gms sweet yoghurt or dahi
2 cups water
mix
6-7 Tbsp sugar
mix
keep aside
In a pan over medium heat
add 1 cup sugar
1 cup water
Cook until sugar melts
add few strands of saffron
keep aside
Heat ghee in a pan with a heavy bottom
fry Puas as shown until golden brown
Once cooked, dip in the sugar syrup/chashni
Serve hot!
Garnish with dry fruits and dried rose petals
