FRESH & HEALTHY EVERYDAY

MANGO RAITA
1 cup Nanak Dahi.
Salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp Chaat masala
Water
Ripened mango chopped
METHOD TO PREPARE
In a bowl, add 1 cup Nanak Dahi
Add salt to taste, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp coriander powder and 1 tsp Chaat masala
Add a little water (acc. to desired thickness of raita)
Mix until smooth
Now add ripened mango chopped into small pieces
Mix Well.
Serve cold!
