MATAR PANEER
- Preparation Time:20 minutes
- Cooking Time:25-30 minutes
- Serves:4 people
Ingredients
1 tbsp oil
1 dried red chili
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 cup finely chopped onion
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tbsp degi mirch powder, and 1 tsp garam masala
1 1/2 cups fresh tomato puree
water
Salt
1 cup green peas
Paneer - 450 gm
METHOD TO PREPARE
In a pan over medium heat, add 1 tbsp oil
1 dried red chili
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 cup finely chopped onion
Cook for a few seconds
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tbsp degi mirch powder, and 1 tsp garam masala
1 1/2 cups fresh tomato puree
Cook until the masala leaves oil
Add water to swt the desired consistency
Salt to taste
Add 1 cup green peas
Cover and cook for a few minutes
Add Paneer - 450 gm
Cook for few seconds
Serve hot with your favorite bread!
