PANEER BEAN SPROUTS SOUP
1 tsp Olive oil
3/4 cup finely chopped spring onion
4 cups vegetable stock
1 cup bean sprouts
finely chopped coriander
soy sauce
salt
black pepper
1/2 bowl Nanak Paneer
METHOD TO PREPARE
Pour 1 tsp olive oil
3/4 cup of finely chopped spring onion
Add 4 cups of vegetable stock
1 cup of bean sprouts
Add 1 small cup of finely chopped coriander with 1 tsp of soy sauce
Salt and Black pepper according to your taste
Add 1/2 bowl of finely cut Nanak Paneer
Let it boil
Voila, it's ready
