PANEER STUFFED PEPPERS

PANEER STUFFED PEPPERS

Ingredients

1/2 block of cream cheese at room temperature 

1/2 block of shredded Nanak paneer, shredded

1-2 green chillies, finely chopped 

1/2 cup of corn 

1/2 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper and pinch of orange-red chilli flakes to taste 

1-2 Tablespoons milk

1 lb. mini peppers

Grated mozzarella

Finely Chopped Cilantro for Garnish

Hot Honey (optional) for garnish

METHOD TO PREPARE

Preheat the oven to 400°F.

Mix all the filling ingredients above in a bowl. Add milk a little at a time to soften the mixture.

Mix well until everything is well combined.

Cut in half 1 lb. of mini bell peppers 

Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper

Using a spoon, stuff the peppers with the filling.

Top with grated mozzarella

Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes until melted and slightly browned on top 

Top with cilantro and a drizzle of hot honey
