VIETNAMESE PANEER SPRING ROLLS

VIETNAMESE PANEER SPRING ROLLS

Ingredients

Oil

1 tsp soya sauce

1/2 tsp red chili sauce

Rice paper sheet

Lettuce Leaf

Rice Vermicelli Noodles 

Carrot Ribbons 

Green bell pepper 

Red bell pepper 

Cucumber 

chopped cilantro and mint

3 to 4 paneer pieces

METHOD TO PREPARE

In a pan over medium heat 

Add oil 

Once oil is hot, add 1 cup paneer pieces 

Sauté for a few minutes until the paneer gets golden color from both sides 

Add 1 tsp soya sauce 

1/2 tsp red chili sauce 

Saute for a few seconds 

Dip a rice paper sheet in water for a few seconds until soft 

Place it on a board as shown 

Add lettuce leaf 

Cooked rice vermicelli noodles 

Carrot ribbons 

Green bell pepper 

Red bell pepper 

Cucumber 

Sprinkle some chopped cilantro and mint on top 

Keep 3 to 4 paneer pieces as shown 

Roll the wrap as shown 

Serve with peanut dipping sauce
