YOGURT BANANA PANCAKE

Ingredients

1 cup All-purpose Flour

1 teaspoon Baking Powder

¼ teaspoon Baking Soda

¼ teaspoon cardamom

¾ cup milk

½ cup Mashed Bananas equivalent 1 mashed banana

½ cup Plain Yogurt 

1 tablespoon of sugar

½ teaspoons of vanilla extract

1 tablespoon oil

METHOD TO PREPARE
Peel and mash the bananas with a fork.

Stir in Nanak dahi, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and oil. Whisk until everything is combined.

Whisk all the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, baking soda, and cardamom.

Stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until a thick banana yogurt pancake batter forms. If too thick, add a bit more milk to thin it out—up to an extra 2–3 tablespoons.

Warm the appe pan over medium heat and oil the surface with a little oil.

Scoop 1 tablespoon 1 tablespoon of batter, add chocolate chips. Cover with more batter. Cook for few minutes
